Summary
- Full-time, Day Shift
- 40 hours/week

Performs office duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic or laboratory procedures. Duties may include scheduling appointments, registering and checking-in patients, verifying insurance benefits and authorization, reconciling charges, collecting departmental performance improvement data, generating procedure reports and other secretarial duties such as managing telephone calls, typing and filing.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience
2 years secretarial experience (preference for medical/hospital setting) is required.
