Summary
The Coordinator of Patient Experience provides coaching and support to ensure effective and successful patient experiences and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes in support of our operations. This colleague will work with Physicians and other medical staff while acting as a liaison between the patient and healthcare personnel by keeping the lines of communication flowing and working to improve the overall interactions for our patients and their families. This position will involve travel to our HSHS Medical Group and Prairie Cardiovascular clinic locations.
Open to applicants in proximity to Jacksonville over to Mattoon, as well as Springfield down to the Southern IL area.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years relevant patient advocate experience is required.
Associates degree in business or healthcare plus 3 years relevant patient advocate experience is preferred.
Experience
Three years of patient advocate experience is required.
