Hospital Sisters Health System is searching for a System Manager of Strategic Planning. This highly visible role holds responsibility for managing large data sets, monthly system data reports, strategic planning, and project management. This role will also hold responsibility for oversight of the strategy analysts. The positions reports directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Implementation.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual with previous experience with data analytics, strategic planning, as well as leadership. This leader would be comfortable in a matrix environment where they are frequently collaborating with other leaders within the system and sharing reports with senior leaders.

• Based in either Springfield, IL area or Green Bay, WI area
• Has an opportunity for hybrid work – expectation of 2 days per week onsite.
• Oversight of all strategy analytics
• Reports directly to VP of Strategic Partnerships & Implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, health administration or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in business, health administration, project management or related field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy is required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
• Experience working in a complex corporate environment, ideally spanning regions is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, health administration or a related field is required.

Master's degree in business, health administration, project management or related field is preferred.

Experience

5 years of experience in healthcare strategy is required.

3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.

Experience working in a complex corporate environment, ideally spanning regions is strongly preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
