Summary

The Senior HRIS Technical Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support and maintenance of the technical aspects of HSHS's Workday and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) environments.  This role works with HR and Payroll teams and is the technical point of contact between different operational departments and stakeholders.  The Senior HRIS Technical Analyst partners with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analysis of data flows for process improvements.

This role has the possibility of being 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related field is required.

High School Diploma or GED plus five (5) years of experience in a related IT application development, programming, report writing may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in programming, development, report writing, or other related information technology field is required. 

Two (2) years of technical Workday experience is required.

(This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Bachelor’s degree requirement.)

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Workday certification in designated functionality module(s) is preferred.
