Summary
- Sign on bonus eligible
- OR experience is required
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week; M-F day shift. On call 2 evenings/nights a month+every 3rd weekend

To carry out the functions that will assist the surgeon in performing a safe operation with optimal results for the patient. The RNFA practices peri-operative nursing and is therefore responsible for independent nursing behaviors of peri-operative assessment and post-operative evaluation of care. The intra-operative practice of the RNFA is inter-department with the surgeon.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience
First Assist experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
Certification of First Assist is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
