Summary
- Part-time: St. Mary's or St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay
- Tuition reimbursement available
- Must have completed Med/surg Clinical Rotation
- Candidate specific department interest and department availability will be discussed during scheduled phone call with recruiter.
- Our student Nurse Extern position provides the opportunity to gain supervised, hands-on working experience while still in nursing school.
Performs or assists with patient care utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a registered nurse preceptor. Provides care for patients of all ages according to the standards of care specific to the individual's needs.
Qualifications
Education
Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.
Experience
Successfully completed at least one medical-surgical clinical rotation.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
