Summary
Epic Client Server Systems Manager manages, supports, and implements Epic database and client systems for Hospital Sisters Health System from design phase through post-implementation support. This individual is responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting the Epic database and client server administrators. The expectation for this role is to serve as both a business leader and a technologist with a vision for how IT (Information Technology) can enable productivity and efficiency for the enterprise.
This role is 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
Five (5) years of information technology or related experience is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet bachelor’s degree requirement).
Three (3) years of supervisory experience is required; three (3) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience (i.e., team lead, mentor, project lead, etc.) may be considered in lieu of formal supervisory experience.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Epic Operational Database Administrator (ODBA), Epic Hyperspace, and Epic Support Server certifications or accreditations are preferred.
