Summary
- Sign on bonus $10K!
- Onsite at Caterpillar. Full Time 2nd Shift 3:00-11:30pm. Flexibility on covering for others when they are out. Will train on day shift. Weekends/call as needed. Off holidays (CATs calendar)
- RN Occ Health CAT (SMD Occ Health Wellness CAT). Pre-employment, drug screening, hearing assessments, vision tests, reasonable suspicion, breath alcohol, blood draws, wellness physicals, work comp injuries, respond with ambulance to the scene of the accident (non-work related), so there is an EMS aspect of it, have to be able to go with EMT, computer work, have to be able to work with spreadsheets, looking to go mostly paperless, so there is a Corridy MedGate program that they work with (do the training when they are hired), have to be able to cover shifts when people are sick or on vacation…….there is an on-call piece, (fully staffed, 1:5 weekend, high probability they don’t get called in, but have to be available), if called in, they get a minimum 2 hour call pay….call response time is 1 hour, so need to live within an hour, or stay in town when on call

Under the direction of a physician coordinates safe and comprehensive occupational and colleague health services focused on the promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury and protection from work-related and environmental hazards. Assesses and case manages occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injury.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of clinical experience considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Occupational Health or Worker Compensation is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
COHN-S certification is preferred.
2nd Shift Position
Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm
Call requirements when fully staffed: 1:5 weekend coverage
Flexibility with schedule to assist in covering vacations and illness
