The Director-Security oversees the security for the HSHS System. Develops, administers, and maintains policies to ensure the safety of patients, colleagues and assets of HSHS. This role will have oversight of the physical systems for security such as cameras, access control, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in criminal science, criminal justice, psychology or a related field is required.

Master's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

May consider high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of security, safety, or related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience

5 years of healthcare management, security, law enforcement or related experience is required.

5 years of leadership experience is required.
