Summary

  • Department: Cath Lab
  • Schedule: Part time, 32 hrs/week, day shift (7am-3:30 pm or 7:30am-4pm), on call rotation
  • Facility:  Will work at both St. Vincent Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital
  • Location: Green Bay, WI

Assists the physician with the performance of invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, neuro and electrophysiology procedures, by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response to procedure, maintaining sterile field, and interpreting and evaluating diagnostic data to be utilized by the physician. Position requires the operation of equipment that produces ionizing radiation.

Qualifications

Education

Associates degree in radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.

Experience

Experience in radiology/diagnostic imaging is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice is required.

Certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
